Rubber Strip Cutting Machine Usage

用(yòng)途：用于(yu)橡膠切(qiē)條、切紙(zhǐ)等

特點(dian)： 1.裝有防(fang)護裝置(zhì)在使用(yòng)時安全(quan)快捷。

　　　 2.翻(fān)滾切割(gē)，三個刀(dao)片設計(jì)，切料速(su)度快，效(xiào)率高。

           3.送(sòng)料速度(du)可調，裁(cai)斷寬度(dù)可調。

使用說(shuō)明

1. 操作時(shi)不要雙(shuang)層料同(tóng)時切，以(yi)免燒壞(huài)電機，發(fā)現送料(liao)滾筒卷(juan)料時，要(yào)及時關(guān)機清理(li)，同時如(rú)有雜料(liao)在刀口(kou)工作部(bù)位要及(ji)時清理(lǐ)幹淨，清(qīng)理時務(wu)必斷開(kai)電源來(lái)源。

2. 原料不(bú)能有鐵(tiě)，石頭等(deng)雜物，如(ru)發現要(yào)清理幹(gan)淨，以免(miǎn)損傷刀(dāo)片。

3. 發現電(diàn)機有異(yì)聲，要停(tíng)機檢查(cha)，鏈條皮(pí)帶松動(dong)要及時(shí)調整，螺(luo)絲松動(dong)要及時(shí)緊固。

4. 機台(tai)工作時(shi)，手一定(ding)不要伸(shēn)進裏面(mian)，如有問(wèn)題，一定(dìng)要停機(jī)解決。

5. 手搖(yáo)加油泵(beng)一個星(xīng)期加油(you)一次，每(měi)次壓兩(liǎng)下；腳踏(ta)闆要輕(qing)踩輕放(fàng)，以免兩(liǎng)頭軸心(xin)變位。

6. 如時(shí)間長，發(fā)現料切(qie)不斷①調(diào)整刀口(kǒu)間隙②修(xiū)整刀口(kǒu)，檢查刀(dāo)口是否(fǒu)有損壞(huai)，如有損(sǔn)壞要及(jí)時修整(zheng)。

7. 送(sòng)料滾筒(tong)如卡料(liào)，不能啓(qi)動①檢查(cha)電控箱(xiāng)内保險(xian)絲是否(fou)燒壞，如(rú)燒壞，更(geng)換時必(bi)需按原(yuan)來型号(hao)更換，不(bú)要随意(yi)加大規(gui)格。②檢查(chá)調整旋(xuan)轉失靈(ling)，如有不(bu)靈及時(shí)更換。

8. 兩端(duān)彈簧調(diao)整不能(néng)壓得太(tai)緊，以免(mian)滾卷料(liao)，新機台(tai)用少量(liang)粉撒在(zài)卷筒上(shàng)，以免卷(juàn)料。

Purpose: This machine is used for cutting the rubber, paper etc.

Advantage: 1.Equiped with safety cover to secure safety on working.

  2. Revolving blade cuts rubber in high speed and efficiency, with three blade edges.

  3. Adjusting with the width of rubber strip through the speed button on the side.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. When operating, do not cut rubber in double-deck at one time, which will cause the MOTOR to be too hot and broken. If the Material-sending Roller can not run smoothly. Please shutdown at once; meanwhile, if there are odds and ends at knife edge, please clean up in time .Do stop the power before cleaning.

2. No iron or stone in the material; if any, take them, away at once, so as not to make the blade damaged.

3. Any unusual voice, stop and check. Adjust chains and screws if they are loose.

4. Do stop the machine when there is problem. Do not put hands in when the machine is still working.

5. Add oil to cycloidal needle wheel on time (usually once per three months).

6. After being operated for long time and the machine fails to cut off material, customer should adjust the knife and check whether the blade is damaged and need repairing.

7. In case the material sending roller can not send the material smoothly, you should firstly check and adjust rotary switch; if it can not work effectively, replace a new one in time.

8. Do not install the spring at each side too heavily or the material will not be sent smoothly. New machine please add proper amount of powder to the Rooller to avoid material rolling and jammed.
